Baubles, Bangles, and Beads: Suffrage Jewelry with a Message
On display for a limited time, Baubles, Bangles, and Beads is a private collection of jewelry created during the Woman’s Suffrage movement. The collection grew from a gift of a bracelet and now contains over one hundred pieces. This historic art form, an expression of solidarity for the cause, will be on exhibit beginning November 7th, the museum will be open for the following two weekends. Gallery hours are Friday 11/19 2:00 -5:00PM, Saturday & Sunday 11/20 & 21 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM
